More than just a gym

The message is all about a holistic approach to fitness and well-being. Build Fitness underpins the philosophy that improving your body, heart, mind, spirit and self will result in a whole-hearted-you!

So our FREE group fitness classes will still be offered, utilising the resources of the gym, for people who prefer instructor led training.  Currently the classes are held each Monday afternoon (4:30-5:15pm) and Wednesday morning (7:00-7:45am). All fitness levels are catered for – so if you haven’t worked out for awhile, it’s a good idea to join in on a group session to learn how to safely get the most out of your training. Just come to the gym on either Monday afternoon or Wednesday morning and have a chat to fitness instructor Michelle about your training goals.

Our Wellness Partners

We have two approved wellness partners – fitness instructor Michelle Mascher and nutritionist Katie King. Both Michelle and Katie offer an holistic approach to their services which aligns well with the Build Fitness philosophy of “whole-hearted-you”.
